Job Description: Ideal Candidate: - QA minded individual with a passion and strong automation skills eager to take lead and learn multiple systems and technologies Skills/Requirements : - 3 year of automation testing experience in Node.JS framework - Node.js experience (or straight Javascript) - Agile development processes - Strong Coding knowledge - Ability to coordinate with multiple automation engineers - Self starter who takes ownership, focus on continuous improvement, and excellent work ethic - Ability to work with a team and share knowledge Preferred Experience : - Selenium experience - REST API Automated testing experience - Monitoring experience - Node.js experience (or straight Javascript) - Ability to build visual dashboards - Website Automation Testing Experience - Willingness to learn new technologies Key Responsibilities : - Contribute and maintain automation testing efforts on Brands - Collaborate with Development, Product Managers, and QA to creatively test application features through Automation - Defect Advocate and management along with test execution via Automation - Investigate logs for troubleshooting both automation and service layer failures - High and Low level conceptualization of complex systems - Work with other SDET's and QA leaders to help unify our testing practices and processes - Identify and highlight the testing efforts to support Program level initiatives - Hands on development for Automation testing - Support Internal and Production Publishes - Provide Daily/Weekly Automation Reports to the Team members (ref:hirist.com)
