Job Summary The Optimization job role purpose is to improve the overall service quality to ensure business consistency. Responsibilities & Tasks • Infrastructure Capacity, performance Analysis & solution definition • Capacity & performance Improvement • End-user Quality of Service Optimization 1)KPI monitoring, Maintain KPI’s trend and analysis.( PSR/LUSR/SCR/HOSR/CSFB/SGS) 2)Analysis on KPI Dip’s( Stats analysis , and 1st level node analysis if in our scope) 3)All Core-Audit’s( Understanding of each parameter and how it impacts our node behavior) 4)Database maintenance ( DS ,Raw counters for all KPI’s) 5) DS optimization ( Understanding of SAE blocks and their impact) 6)Pre-Post impact analysis after activities . 7)Co-ordination with BO and Planning team for Dip analysis. 8) Coordination with OSS /BO/PM team for reporting issues .
