All you need is RF Egnineer Skil set- LTE Optimization Required Qualifications: • Optimization of LTE RAN Network based on Statistics monitoring and DT activities. • Capable of analyzing Layer 3 Messages and understand traces results. • Capable and experience of post process drive data on Actix tool • Worst cells analysis and recommendations • LTE user throughput analysis and improvement • Parameters and Features Audit and Optimization • OSS access and commands (Moshell) for troubleshooting proposes • Generate Cluster progress reports to the customer on a weekly basis. • Responsible to improve the Cluster KPIs, detect degradations and drive solutions. • Optimization of an LTE network to troubleshoot and improve KPIs • Analysis of KPIs, investigation and improvement of network quality problems • Analysis of neighbor relations and implementation of corrections • RF optimization and system performance engineering for a LTE network. • Investigate and resolve customer complaints regarding service. Essential Qualifications:- • Bachelor of Science in in CS, MIS, Eng or equivalent • Must have 1-5 years’ experience in Ericsson/ALU LTE • Above average communication skills • Highly Preferred to work on US EST Time/Night Shift . • Wide latitude for independent decision making. • Ability to analyze problems and provide solutions without additional support • Preferably some experience of ATT tools – Autoform/RFDS etc • Preferably some experience on ATT network Why you will love this job?
