The Solution Execution team within SAP Innovative Business Solutions is chartered with executing development projects and support, where success is measured by effectively leveraging our ability to deliver those projects on-time, on-budget and with superior quality. As part of the Solution Execution team, you will be responsible for the techno-functional ownership of solutions delivered to our customers through the various development projects and products. You will be working as part of a Innovative Business Solutions Support Hub which is a support formation with the SAP Innovative Business Solutions within the Products and Innovation board area. Your aim should be to take ownership of all issues for the product(s)/project(s).In the process of delivering the best support towards our customers you are required to interact with the customer towards resolution of all issues within the project(s)/product(s) and to make yourself the trusted advisor of choice for their business. EDUCATION B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA with an aggregate score of 70% or above from IIT / NIT / any Premium Institute SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES • 10years of strong SAP technology experience in multiple business and technical processes • Functional and technical expertise on S4 HANA, both for the net new implementations and migration scenarios • Applying software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.) during internal and external projects • Design of specific software requirements within your application area • Analysis of business requirements and gaps in customer solutions • Building software prototypes for customers using latest SAP innovations (e.g. S/4HANA, BI, Cloud) • Application of extensive programming skills in real customer implementation or engineering projects to develop innovative solutions or customer enhancements to meet business requirements or to improve overall business process performance • Well versed with the S4 HANA best practices and on SAP landscapes and related architecture. • Expertise on SAP HANA Data Modeling using CDS and AMDPs. • Expertise on Optimization of ABAP code on HANA as primary database & HANA in sidecar scenario. • Expertise in BOPF-based development. • Expertise in working with OData services and SAP Netweaver Gateway. • Profound ABAP development experience - ABAP Workbench, Report Programming, Data Migration, Screen Programming, Authorizations, ALE/IDOC, Workflow, Performance Tuning, OO ABAP, Enhancements & Modifications • Functional expertise of business processes, master data, transactions & configuration knowledge in one or more of the following areas: o SD, MM, FI, CO o PP, PM,WM o SCM – APO, EWM • Strong analytical and problem solving skills • Experience in executing geographically distributed projects and working with culturally diverse work-groups • Experience in leading sub-teams and delivering successful results • Experience in providing technical and product directions to the support team for resolution of issues • Experience in architecting, designing and delivering SAP solutions • Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills • Knowledge of other platforms and applications will be an added advantage • Experience in onsite delivery of support services and customer engagement. EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS • Perform analysis of critical issues for the project(s)/product(s) in support and provide expertise towards resolution • Handle end to end project/product techno-functional solutions independently and provide guidance to team members • Exhibit expertise in various product areas involved in integrated solutions • Perform analysis of any new requirements/change requests to the solution from a techno-functional standpoint. • Adapt and support multiple projects in varied functional areas. • Analyze the impact of any new requirements on the existing solution • Estimation of efforts for issue-resolution and change requests. • Provide direction to development teams for custom solution realization and participate, as necessary, in coding, testing, documentation, go-live and maintenance support activities • Communicate project status according to project communication plan • Escalate issues well in advance and suggest alternative approaches • Act as Liaison for critical customers, accepting responsibility for effective and proactive solution or system management and issue resolution • Guide and influence team members to accomplish the team’s technical and schedule goals • Work closely with other SAP Innovative Business Solutions team members, SAP development teams, external partners and customer teams to ensure successful project completion • Effective engagement with various support roles and customers and delivery of support service as part of Max Attention engagements SAP'S DIVERSITY COMMITMENT To harness the power of innovation, SAP invests in the development of its diverse employees.
