In one sentence Perform network design/optimization activities under technical supervision. What will your job look like? You will perform RF network design, planning and optimization activities. You will perform link budget analysis, designs criteria and performs traffic analysis. You will ensure data integrity of various morphology/topography databases and drive test data for model calibration You will carry out area and site surveys to determine RF equipment location and antenna orientation. You will provide network optimization analysis and recommendations using a combination of drive data and network statistics. You will carry out drive testing activities to collect network data. You will provide post processing analysis of the drive data. You will provide site candidate evaluations. You will provide site build verifications and acceptance. All you need is Sr RF Engineer Technology- LTE UTRAN Job Description: • To Support day to day Ericsson Integration/Alarm management activities • Prepare Scripts for new carrier integration request and run error checks • Perform RET validation as per RET CIQ/Sheet • Perform Carrier Aggregation • Liaise with Field technician for all field activity (OAM definition for new Units, RRH fiber termination/swap, onsite troubleshooting) • Perform Remote integration • Perform Pre & Post Health Check using different tools • To support Field Crew for antenna/cable swap • Daily day to day support for RF team related to parameter changes or troubleshooting Essential Qualifications:- • Bachelor of Science in in CS, MIS, Eng or equivalent • Must have 5-8 years’ experience in Ericsson LTE • Above average communication skills • Highly preferred to work on US EST Time/Night Shift. • Wide latitude for independent decision making. • Ability to analyze problems and provide solutions without additional support • Preferably some experience of ATT tools – Autoform/RFDS etc • Preferably some experience on ATT network Why you will love this job?
