Role Summary/Purpose:
The role will be primarily responsible for generating sales revenue, developing business for LED signage business fro North & East region.
Essential Responsibilities:
1) To achieve and exceed the business plan with maximum sales realization in north & east region
2) Responsible for business development / sales of the LED Signage Vertical
3) Responsible for demand generation and market development activities.
4) To develop new customer base and to create new business initiative activities.
5) Interacting closely with Sign Convertors & Brand consultants and to influence and specify our products .
6) Selection and appointment of channel partners for improvement of market reach.
7) Responsible for collection and effective control on receivables.
8) Continuous innovation in sales to overtake competition.
Qualifications/Requirements:
1) 10- 12 yrs of experience in the signage industry
2) BE In Electrical / Electronics
3) MBA from a reputed institute will be a an added advantage.
4) Excellent communication skills - ability to interface and influence at multiple organization levels
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with self-motivation and ability to work independently
